SHOULDER

Standing with your back straight, measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. This measurement is easier with the help of a friend.

CHEST

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your torso just above your bust, ensuring it stays parallel to the floor. Stand straight, keep your shoulders relaxed, and breathe naturally. The tape should be snug but not too tight, lying flat against your skin without compressing it. Note the measurement where the tape overlaps for an accurate fit.

BUST

With arms relaxed at your sides, wearing your usual bra, measure your bust at the fullest point. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor. Measure across both nipples, under your armholes, over your shoulder blades, and around your back across your bra strap.

UNDER BUST

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your torso just below your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. Stand straight, relax your shoulders, and breathe naturally. The tape should be snug but not tight, ensuring a comfortable yet accurate measurement. Note the number where the tape overlaps.

WAIST

Keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. To find your natural waistline, bend to one side. There will usually be a crease where you bend just below your ribcage. Don't worry if this seems higher than where you wear your pants and jeans. This is your natural waistline and is a measurement that's important for a great fit.

WEARING WAIST

Wrap a measuring tape around your waist at the point where you typically wear your pants or jeans. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it stays parallel to the floor. Stand naturally and breathe normally for the most accurate measurement.

LENGTH OF ARM

Stand straight with your arm relaxed at your side. Measure from the tip of your shoulder down to your wrist, keeping the tape close to your arm but not pulling it tight. For accuracy, consider asking someone to assist you.

UPPER ARM

Place the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm, your bicep. Then bend your arm slightly at the elbow. Use the measurement you get when your elbow is bent. This will ensure the best, most comfortable fit.

HIP

Standing with heels together, measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips (approximately 8 inches below your natural waistline). This will include the fullest part of your backside and should be just about where your legs meet your torso.

TOTAL RISE

Standing upright, position the measuring tape vertically starting at the center of your back right at your wearing waist. Pass the tape between your legs and bring it forward to the middle front of your wearing waist. Be sure the tape isn't too tight or too loose.

HIP AT CROTCH

Wrap a measuring tape around the lowest point of your hips, where they meet your thighs, ensuring it stays parallel to the floor. Stand naturally and keep the tape snug but not tight for an accurate measurement.

THIGH

Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chosen thigh, keeping it parallel to the floor. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight, and stand naturally for an accurate measurement.

CALF

Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your calf, keeping it parallel to the floor. Stand naturally and ensure the tape is snug but not tight for an accurate measurement.

INSEAM

Stand straight with your legs slightly apart and measure from the crotch down to the ankle along the inner leg. Keep the tape close to your skin without pulling it tight for an accurate inseam measurement.

OUTSEAM

Stand straight and measure from your wearing waistline down to your ankle along the outer side of your leg. Keep the tape flat and straight for an accurate outseam measurement.

HIPS TO BUST POINT

Measure from the point where your shoulder meets your neck, down along the front of your body, to the tip (apex) of your bust. Keep the tape close to your skin, following the natural curve of your body for accuracy.

HIPS TO WAIST

For this measurement, it's best to mark your natural waistline (the narrowest part of the waistline) with a ribbon, string, or skinny belt. Start measuring from where your shoulder meets your neck. Continue measuring down along the curve of your front to the marker at your natural waist. This measurement is easier with the help of a friend.

HIPS TO KNEE

Measure starting where your shoulder meets your neck. Continue measuring down following along the curve of your front to your natural waistline then down along to your knee. This measurement is easier with the help of a friend.
