Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may choose to reject the package at the time of delivery.

The cancellation time window varies for different product categories and will be mentioned on the product page or at checkout. If cancellation is requested after the specified time, a cancellation fee may be charged to cover processing and handling costs. If an order is canceled by YourBoutique due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, quality issues, or logistical constraints, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders, and customers will be notified promptly via email.

Orders containing custom or made-to-order outfits cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Additionally, orders placed with express shipping cannot be canceled once they are confirmed. If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If the package is rejected at the doorstep, the refund will be processed after the return is received at our facility. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.

We reserve the right to cancel an order (in whole or in part) under circumstances including but not limited to product unavailability, quality concerns identified before dispatch, fraudulent transactions or suspected misuse of our platform, and shipping or customs restrictions preventing delivery to the US. In all such cases, you will receive a full refund, and no cancellation charges will be applied.

Return and Refund Policy:

At Your Botique, we take pride in delivering high-quality Indian traditional wear to your doorstep in the U.S. and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with a fair and transparent Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy. Since all our outfits are carefully crafted and made to order, we follow a strict no COD (Cash on Delivery) policy, and all payments must be made online before order confirmation.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Due to the delicate nature of ethnic wear, custom-made outfits, altered products, stitched fabrics, blouses, accessories such as jewelry, handbags, footwear, and intimate wear are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support via email or WhatsApp, along with pictures or a video of the product for verification. Upon approval, a free replacement or refund will be processed.

We do not offer store credit or gift cards in place of refunds; the amount will be transferred back to the original payment source used during purchase. Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed for return, and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup at the earliest convenience. If return pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to ship the product to our designated U.S. return center at your own cost.

Returns that do not meet our inspection criteria (used, worn, altered, missing tags, damaged, or returned without original packaging) will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer without a refund. If the return request is rejected, the customer must bear the reshipping charges.YourBoutique reserves the right to reject returns, modifications, or refunds at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations. In rare cases where an order must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock, sizing issues, or logistical constraints, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
